Morning Prayer For 06/17/2018

I woke early today and came into the Chapel not sure why I was up so early then I see a remark made by one of our group partners and I found the reason I was up earlier than usual. Someone needed prayer. So I was here for them. Thank You Father for using me.
Have you ever had a fly in the house and when you are trying to do something it is buzzing around like crazy? It will not light where you can smack it with the fly swatter or something. Well that is a good example of out enemy, the defeated one. He is buzzing around like that fly trying to irritate you and distract you from what you should be doing.
If you are not praying or reading or even thinking about the Word he is no were to be found. However, the second you do think of our Father or Son or. For sure, the Holy Spirit he is there buzzing around in your head trying to distract you. He has never changed scene our Father kick him out of heaven. He tries to distract us and lie to us about what is going on or what needs to be said.
So let us look at some scripture today that might help when he tries to stop us from doing what we should be doing…

Revelation 20:7-10 (MEV) 7 When the thousand years are ended, satan will be set free from his prison 8 and will go out to deceive the nations which are in the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them for battle. Their number is like the sand of the sea. 9 They traveled the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city. But fire came down from God out of heaven and devoured them. 10 The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet were. They will be tormented day and night forever and ever.

1 Peter 5:8 (MEV) Be sober and watchful, because your adversary the devil walks around as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour.
James 4:7 (MEV) Therefore submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
John 8:44 (MEV) You are of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and the father of lies.
John 10:10 (MEV) The thief does not come, except to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
Ephesians 6:11 (MEV) Put on the whole armor of God that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil.
Ephesians 6:12 (MEV) For our fight is not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, and against spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.
2 Corinthians 4:4 (MEV) The god of this world has blinded the minds of those who do not believe, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
Luke 10:19 (MEV) Look, I give you authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. And nothing shall by any means hurt you.
Matthew 25:41 (MEV) “Then He will say to those at the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the eternal fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.
2 Timothy 2:24-26 (MEV) 24 The servant of the Lord must not quarrel, but must be gentle toward all people, able to teach, patient, 25 in gentleness instructing those in opposition. Perhaps God will grant them repentance to know the truth, 26 and they may escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will.

2 Corinthians 2:8-11 (MEV) 8 Therefore I ask you to confirm your love toward him. 9 For to this end I also wrote, so that I might know that you are proving yourselves by whether you are being obedient in all things. 10 Whomever you forgive anything, I also forgive. For if I forgave someone anything, for your sakes I forgave it in Christ, 11 lest Satan should take advantage of us. For we are not ignorant of his devices.
I pray this all in the Mighty and Precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and our Savior–AMEN!
