We are here Lord again thanking You for another day I feel sometimes like I am in a hole and there is no way out. I can not think or do I hurt all over and just do not wish to move. Then I think of You and You give me the energy to get up and get out. I have decided that no matter what I am serving my Father and no matter what happens I love You for all that You have done for us and Jesus who willingly gave His life so that we might be set free from this world and hell.

Proverbs 2:6-8 (NKJV) 6 For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding; 7 He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly; 8 He guards the paths of justice, and preserves the way of His saints.
Now that is a mouth full our Lord gives us wisdom, knowledge, and understanding. He is our shield and He will guard our paths of justice. So we find ourselves at 2 Chronicles 7:13-14 (NKJV) 13 When I shut up heaven and there is no rain, or command the locusts to devour the land, or send pestilence among My people, 14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
Is there pride in the church, is there people that think they have the answer in themselves? When one listens and nothing happens or it just gets worse. Are we humbling ourselves, are we praying and seeking HIS face. Are we turning from our wicked ways?
What am I talking about, well if we read we find for example of the 3 Hebrew children and the furnace. I have read it and I do not find one place where they were putting done the King or talking bad about him. They did what God told them and ended up n the furnace and God joined them. For they did not speak bad of the King they just did what their Father said to do not what the King said. Then what happened.
Then there was Danial and he was put in the lions den and we know what happened there. So instead of us bad mouthing those who are in control, good, bad or indifferent let us seek Gods face and do as we are instructed. Let us obey our Father even if it means disobeying them. For my Father is the reason I am here doing what I do and I am not going to shut up. If they close the church buildings I will praise God in my home I will do as He tells me.
That is where we need to be, as Christians, 1 John 3:1 (NKJV) Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! Therefore the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
It is time for us to be what we say we are. I think this verse says it best… 2 Corinthians 6:17 (NKJV) Therefore “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.”
My prayer today is that we become more like Jesus and less like the world. That we stand as a servant of the Lord and not the world. That we actually separate ourselves from this world and draw closer to our Father. That we let our light shine bright and we be a light house for the Lord in our lives. I now pray this all in the Precious and Wonderful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior—AMEN!
