Lord I am not sure what is in-store for us here in America. I don’t understand why lying and cheating wins and wishes to destroy Christianity here. The enemy is working overtime and I know some will follow. I am hoping there is more Christians that will stand strong against what is happening. How can a liar cheat and win an election and Christians get pushed out of office?

Isaiah 1:16-17 (NKJV) 16 “Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before My eyes. Cease to do evil. 17 Learn to do good; Seek justice, rebuke the oppressor; Defend the fatherless, plead for the widow.
Lord I see the works of the enemy everywhere and it gets hard from time to time to stay on the correct path but You come through in those times. I wish I could explain it in a way that others will grasp what is being said and respond.
James 1:17 (NKJV) Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.
I do believe that more than ever before in this generation has the enemy showed himself more openly. We have pastors that are like the the Scribes and Pharisees. I suggest that one reads the whole chapter of Matthew 23, however I am going to us verses 1-5.
Matthew 1-4 (NKJV) 1 Then Jesus spoke to the multitudes and to His disciples, 2 saying: “The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. 3 Therefore whatever they tell you to observe, that observe and do, but do not do according to their works; for they say, and do not do. 4 For they bind heavy burdens, hard to bear, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.
I have attended and worked at a few different churches and I have left them because I see them say one thing and do something else. We as Christians must live by the words of our Father and we learn them by reading and understanding the word. I am praying today that we set an example for others not just in our words but in our actions as well. We, as Christians, need to be that example so they see something better than what they have and desire it.
Lord I do not claim to be perfect, I do claim to be a Christian and I do think it is time that we Christians stand up and show the world our Father and His power to defeat the enemy satan. I pray now that I become more of what You desire me to be. I pray that I can and do show others what a Christian really is. Christianity is not just a name it is a life style and it is time that others see Christians as God Fearing, Jesus loving, born again spirit filled Christians.
