Morning Prayer For Wednesday June 12, 2019

The Morning Prayer Father is thanking You for what You do. The ways and hows we will understand on day in the sweet by and by… There is nothing on this earth for no reason. There is a whole bunch of stuff that I do not understand, but one day I will.

Today’s Prayer

I have set here for an hour working on a cover picture for TPO and realized that I was wasting time on something that could and should wait. I had an idea and went to work on it and it is so easy to do, I forgot about praying. The cover picture would be nice however this is more important.

I have one job finished and another one started. Realizing I am not as young as I used to be. Moving slower is one problem because sometimes I still think I am 40 and find out real fast that I am not. I ask for strength and wisdom as I tackle the jobs today.

I have dug a deep hole and without Your help I am not getting out of it. The out go is more than the income. You know what is needed and You know where it is. If I am doing something to stop it I beg of You to show me. I do know some things that I have done wrong and it is so easy to fall back into that rut.

Lord Psalm 23:1 Psalm 23:1 (NKJV) 23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not [lack]want. And I have said and do say it all the time The Lord is my shepherd; and that’s all I want… I spent half of my life serving the enemy, satan, and I have spent the last 35 years trying to serve my Lord and Savior. Have I done it all right, NO. Have I tried, Yes. And am still trying.

Lord thank You for blessings and thank You for understanding and forgiving me of my mistakes. I have wandered off the path time after time after time. You watch and I am sure it hurts, but You waited for me and lead me back to where I should be.

Lord you put Debbie in my life for a reason and I am sure it will all work out. I ask for forgiveness when I do not or am not what I am suppose to be. I ask for forgiveness for actions that are not of You. I ask You to teach me to be the man You desire me to be. I pray that I will not disappoint You.

Lord I know the responsibility You have given me is more than I can do on my own, without You it is impossible. I thank You for the insight You have given me and will give me. I pray that I can and will be the man You have called me to be…

I was once told by a man that was an instructor that I would not have all the answers and I remember my response to him. You are correct sir however my Father does and I am His and He will give me the answers. You have always been there for me, to show me the answers.

Today is one of those days yesterday was a day of situations at the hospital I had more unbelievers and mislead people than ever before. I am sure it was a test and I pray that I passed it. I pray the answers I gave where from You and they were correct…

Today’s Scripture

1 Peter 2:4-6 (NKJV) 4 Coming to Him as to a living stone, rejected indeed by men, but chosen by God and precious, 5 you also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ. 6 Therefore it is also contained in the Scripture, “Behold, I lay in Zion A chief cornerstone, elect, precious, And he who believes on Him will by no means be put to shame.”

Ephesians 2:10 (NKJV) For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
Romans 12:1-2 (NKJV) 1 I beseech[urge] you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your [rational]reasonable service. 2 And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Philippians 1:9-11 (NKJV) 9 And this I pray, that your love may abound still more and more in knowledge and all discernment, 10 that you may approve the things that are excellent, that you may be sincere and without offense till the day of Christ, 11 being filled with the fruits of righteousness which are by Jesus Christ, to the glory and praise of God.

1 Peter 5:8-11 (NKJV) 8 Be [self-controlled]sober, be [watchful]vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. 9 Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world. 10 But may the God of all grace, who called [you]us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, [will]perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you. 11 To Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen.
