Morning Prayer For Friday April 12, 2019

This Morning Prayer is to my Father and a thank You for allowing me another day. It is so easy for us to forget about that simple gift. Our daily bread, our life here on earth. There is so much for our Father that we take for granted..

Morning Prayer

I woke this morning as I normally do at 6 AM and start my day. I get to come out to the Chapel where my computer is and sit in a quiet place and talk with my Father. I have so many blessing here on this earth. And like most it seems that the other stuff seems to come to mind.

We, as humans, seem to remember all the things we do not have and all the things or stuff we want. We forget things like breath, our eyes opening and on and on. We take so much for granted in our daily life. Get bugged with things like a flat tire or a dead battery.

Have we ever thought that maybe just maybe our Lord may have let that happen to keep us out of a wreck and dying? Or that we were late to work because there was something we needed to do for Him.

I have for years got up and started reading the comments and post that I missed the day before. That may sound silly but that became a god, an idle. For I was putting that before my Father. What if comes to mind however I am sure if there was an emergency I would know it because of the Holy Spirit.

I am working as listening more than talking. I am working on being what I am suppose to be for my Father, for what Jesus did and why they both did what makes it possible for me to be here writing. I want to thank Him for allowing me this time. I want to thank Him for showing me what to say and how to say it. Simply thank Him for loving me as much as He does.

I love my Father, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost, more today than I did yesterday and believe I will love them more tomorrow than I do today. Now to some that may sound silly, but, to me I want to, Yes I want to love Them more and more. My desire is to be more and more aware of Them and Their desires as I go through this life…

Morning Prayer Scriptures

I think maybe we forget that Jesus is sitting at the RIGHT hand of the Father in Heaven and we have the Holy Spirit here to help us through this mess called life. So let us look and what the Bible says:

John 14:25-27 (MEV) 25 “I have spoken these things to you while I am still with you. 26 But the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you everything and remind you of all that I told you. 27 Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

1 Corinthians 6:19 (MEV) What? Do you not know that your body is the TEMPLE of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God, and that you are not your own?
Romans 8:9 (MEV) You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Now if any man does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him.
2 Corinthians 13:14 (MEV) The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen.

Galatians 5:19-26 (MEV) 19 Now the works of the flesh are revealed, which are these: adultery, sexual immorality, impurity, lewdness, 20 idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousy, rage, selfishness, dissensions, heresies, 21 envy, murders, drunkenness, carousing, and the like. I warn you, as I previously warned you, that those who do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 meekness, and self-control; against such there is no law. 24 Those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be conceited, provoking one another and envying one another.

I Pray that this will help us grow in His love and in what we are to be while we are here on earth. I now pray this in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost—AMEN!
