Morning prayer is something I love. I love to wake up and sit down, turn on the computer and get a hot cup of coffee and spend this time with my Father. Do I do it right all the time no? I do ask for forgiveness and believe I get it.
Todays Prayer
I was thinking about yesterday and the eye opening experience I have had the last couple of days and am amazed and excited of what I am about to do. The funny part of it was Debbie, she told me 3 or 4 years ago I should write a book and I sat down and started and in a short time there was nothing.
Now I have waited for years and I think I finally got it. I got out of God my Fathers way so He could speak to me and let the Holy Spirit guide me. So I am going to give it a shot. I am learning something and that is without our Father it is not going to happen. Without His guiding it is impossible.
OH, yeah one can write a book, even publish it and even make money from it, but it will not be of Him and that is what I desire… It must be His words through me. It must be Him guiding and speaking through me.
Well let us get back to this “Morning Prayer”. Thank You Father for the nights rest and thank you for watching over us and keeping us safe. Thank You for loving and taking care of us. I sure am glad Your love is not the love of this world. A love that comes when one needs something or when one has been bad.
Your love is ever lasting, yes we get spanked, so to speak, from time to time. Yes, sometimes I think we get a “quiet time” moment. For You are our Father and when we get out of line You have to show us right from wrong. Does not mean You stop loving us it just means we were wrong and needed correcting.
Yes, we are like spoiled brats sometimes and want it our way. Yes we can come to You with tears in our eyes and a sad face and You will take us in Your arms and wipe the tears away and hold us and tell us it is going to be OK. However we still do not get what we wanted, but we do get what is needed…
For the last 2 and ½ years we have lived in the red. Our out go is more than our income. And You have made it work and I am sure it will come again. I know the problem is me, I do know that worry does not come from You, yet I do it. I look around and see the need and worry about getting it.
Thank You Father for never giving up on me. Thank You for teaching and guiding me. Most of all thank You for loving me and getting me through this 75 years and 37 of them as a Born Again Jesus Loving God Fearing Christian. Thank You for not giving up on me and thank You for the wisdom and knowledge You have shown and given me.
I thank You for the in-site You have given me and showed me from Your word. Thank You for Your strength and wisdom You have shown me and given me. Thank You for meeting our needs and taking care of us…

Hebrews 11:1-2 (MEV) 1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 For by it the men of old obtained a good report.
Hebrews 11 is totally about faith. Faith is used 24 times in it. Without faith we have nothing. Without faith we are nothing. So let us trust in our Lord and put our faith in Him. This is my prayer today that we trust in Him totally and have faith he will meet our needs.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and our Savior I do pray this–AMEN!
