Morning Prayer today, I wonder what our Father has for me today. I wonder what I will learn this morning. The thoughts running through my mind as I sat down to pray this morning. I am going to leave this afternoon to go bring Debbie home. She has been in Lawrenceburg working on a project for me.

Morning Prayer For Tuesday April 30, 2019
Morning Prayer For Tuesday April 30, 2019

I sure do miss her when she is away. Yes I got some things done and some did not get done however life moved on anyway. A nurse or PA came yesterday from my Insurance Company to check on how I was doing etc. And guess what—she was or is a Christian and we spent a lot of time talking about our Father.

Today is my day at the Hospital and I so enjoy going to the rooms to visit and pray. It is such a great feeling to walk in the rooms and see the smiles when they do not see a needle or interment. Just me and a smile, amazing how they seemed happy to see someone that is there not as a job but, as someone who is just checking on them.

So yes today is a special day in my life. I get to go and pray with and for people that are there. You know we all need a kind word every now and then. A word reminding us that our Father loves us so much. I just want to be all He desires me to be in my daily walk.

Our Father one day will welcome us home in an eternity of blessed joy. No more sadness nor sorrow. No more sickness nor pain. We will be eternally blessed. Think about it no glasses or hearing aids, no sickness, no pain. No hunger or tears of hurt. Just joy and peace… OH what a day that will be!

I was thinking about talking to the unsaved and Heaven. I have heard it said, and in fact said it myself. Talking about dying and going to hell. I was thinking they need to understand that they are going to spend eternity in suffering and pain… There will be no joy, there will be no rest. They are going to spend eternity in total torment.

Yes, they need to understand that if they do not accept the Lord they are not just going to die and it is all over. Eternity awaits us all. Where we spend it is up to us… When Jesus walked on the face of this earth for 33 years He did so and for the last 3 He showed all who He was and His purpose and I am sure that people still died and will spend eternity in hell.

Two choices “Enter in my good and faith servant” or “depart from me for I never knew you” That is it in or out. There is NO middle ground. We are not going to be allowed to be a Christian on Sunday morning or even morning and evening and maybe Wednesday and get there it is a sold out 24/7 thing.

Being a Christian like being an American or Canadian or whatever country you are at. One can not be an American today and a Irishman tomorrow. One is, if they live here, and American and have and Irish background. It is the same with a Christian one was lost and now found, one was a sinner and now is a Christian.

We can not have both ways it is time to be sold out to Jesus and let us get busy doing what we are to do. That is telling others about our Lord and Savior. That is walking the walk and talking the talk. It is our time to be a CHRISTIAN! Believe it or not we are all being watched all the time. Are we being a Christian all the time?

I feel that what we say and do when we are alone tells more about us than what we do or say when we are being watched. Because our Father sees us all the time when we are with others and when we are alone. Are we really alone, that is the question. We have the Holy Spirit with us 24/7 telling us and guiding us—are we listening?

Morning Scriptures

Romans 8:9-11 (MEV) 9 You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. Now if any man does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Him. 10 And if Christ is in you, though the body is dead because of sin, the Spirit is alive because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead lives in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit that lives in you.

Acts 1:7-8 (MEV) 7 He said to them, “It is not for you to know the times or the dates, which the Father has fixed by His own authority. 8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you. And you shall be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

Acts 2:38 (MEV) Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

John 16:13 (MEV) But when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth. For He will not speak on His own authority. But He will speak whatever He hears, and He will tell you things that are to come.

Ephesians 4:29-32 (MEV) 29 Let no unwholesome word proceed out of your mouth, but only that which is good for building up, that it may give grace to the listeners. 30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you are sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outbursts, and blasphemies, with all malice, be taken away from you. 32 And be kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ also forgave you.

I pray that we all grow in the understanding of what our Father in Heaven has provided for us here on earth with the Holy Spirit. I will end this prayer today with this word Romans 8:26 (MEV) Likewise, the Spirit helps us in our weaknesses, for we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words.

In Jesus’ precious name I do pray this all–AMEN!

Thank you for reading and may God bless and be with you and watch over you. And let us understand, it is time for us to BLESS GOD…
