Morning Prayer For Tuesday February 26 2019
Morning Prayer prepares us for the day that is laid out before us. It gets us ready for the attacks of the enemy. We had a weekends Men’s Bible Conference this past weekend and we were challenged in many ways… I know what I got out of it and I know what I am going to do with it.
We Christians are the LIGHT in a dark world. Why are so many people dying and going to hell? Is your light on? Are you being all you can be to shine a light for others to find their way. Matthew 28:18-20 is for every Christian it is not a game we can play or not. It is life and there are people waiting for each of us to so the way.
However we have to know the way to show others. Do you know how? Do you know scripture, that is the scripture one would use to show others the way? I believe that one day we all will stand before our Father and He will show us the souls that are in hell because we did not tell them and show them the way.
Understanding that it is their choice Heaven or hell, however did we show them the choices? Did we tell them and invite them or was we afraid that they may not like us anymore if we try to push Jesus on them?
We need to be prepared in season and out of season. We need to understand scripture and use scripture in our lives. We are the light to the world. We are the hope of the lost. We have a job to do and the question is are we doing it?
These buildings called churches are full of people that are there hoping that is enough to get to Heaven. Some do not own a Bible some do not want to show the world they are saved for fear of loosing a friend. If that friend is not a Christian we are told to come out from among them…
2 Corinthians 6:17 (MEV) Therefore, “Come out from among them and be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, and I will receive you.
Isaiah 52:11 (MEV) Depart, depart, go out from there, touch no unclean thing; go out of the midst of her; be clean, you who bear the vessels of the Lord.
Ezekiel 20:34 (MEV) And I will bring you out from the peoples and will gather you out of the countries in which you are scattered with a mighty hand and with a stretched-out arm and with fury poured out.
Ezekiel 20:41 (MEV) I will accept you with your sweet savor when I bring you out from the peoples and gather you out of the countries in which you have been scattered. And I will be sanctified among you before the nations.
Galatians 2:20 (MEV) I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
We are not our own we are His to mold and shape us. We are to be representations of our Lord and Savior. Are we being that? Have we been crucified with Christ? Is He living through us? I pray that we become all that we are meant to be. I now pray this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior–AMEN!
