Morning Prayer For Wednesday February 27, 2019

Morning prayer is our on switch it gets us up and prepares us for the day ahead. Keeps us in line with our Lord and keeps the enemy at bay. Let us put on our Armor of God and head out knowing our Father is with us so who can be against us…

Lord, here we are again coming forth to give You praise. Thanking You for the sound rest and preparing us for what is to come. I have no idea what lays before me for today however I do know that I have the Holy Spirit to lead me and watch over me.

Today, Let Me Be The Light I Am To Be.

Lord, You know the needs I have and I believe and trust that You will guide me through them. The promises of You I stand on trusting and believing in You and I ask You to help me with my unbelief’s. I know that I can not make it on my own and I pray for Your leading.

I am not here as much as I would like to be, however, I believe that my steps are guided by You. I try to pray for the needs as I see them and still do not get them all. I am working to make Debbie and I a home to live in and I pray for strength, wisdom and understanding to get me through. Help me be a good steward of my time…

It seems that no matter how hard we try we are still guilty of trying to do or fix things on our own. Then the enemy sneaks in and starts it with his jargon trying to discourage. He is right there all the time waiting for a way into our lives. Thank You Father for giving us wisdom to see him and do not listen to his lies..

Your word is what we have and teach us to use it in every aspect of our lives. Teach us to be dependent totally on You. That You are waiting to supply all of our needs and that You desire to help and guide us in the way we should go.

My Duty As Shepherd Explained By Peter…

1 Peter 5:2-4 (MEV) 2 Shepherd the flock of God that is among you, take care of them, not by constraint, but willingly, not for dishonest gain, but eagerly. 3 Do not lord over those in your charge, but be examples to the flock. 4 And when the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive a crown of glory that will not fade away.

1 Timothy 4:12 (MEV) Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity.
Philippians 3:17 (MEV) Brothers, become fellow imitators with me and observe those who walk according to our example.
Philippians 4:9 (MEV) Do those things which you have both learned and received, and heard and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you.
Hebrews 13:7 (MEV) Remember those who rule over you, who have proclaimed to you the word of God. Follow their faith, considering the results it has produced in their lives.

2 Timothy 2:15 (MEV) Study to show yourself approved by God, a workman who need not be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
James 3:1-2 (MEV) 1 My brothers, not many of you should become teachers, knowing that we shall receive the greater judgment. 2 We all err in many ways. But if any man does not err in word, he is a perfect man and able also to control the whole body.
