My Morning Prayer For Sunday March 24, 2019

My Prayer for Sunday morning—were do I start. I have figured out that I must be doing something right for the enemy is working over time to put a stop on me. “Ain’t happening stupid!” I will not stop praying to our Lord and I will not stop writing about our Father and His love…

It is spring time, it is time for warm and green. We made it through the winter, I know there is a lot of people that lost everything in the floods all across this country and some did not make it out. That is the sad part.

How many were not saved that died in the flooding? How many had been talked to about the Lord and they responded not now, I will do it later. Later never came, we have no idea when, were, nor how. However it is something we all are going to do and I pray that a loved one does not go without being told about Jesus and what He did for us all.

Soon and very soon we are going to see the King! I know not when nor where I just know we are going to. I ask that we all are sure, that our families know and understand. I pray that everyone we come in contact with knows our Lord or has been told about our Lord and what He did for us.

I have one big question? If you were faced with the opportunity to tell someone about Jesus and what he did could you? Could you tell them and show them how to accept the Lord. I remember back when I started this I was not a good speller or a writer. I had a dear friend read what I wrote. Simple things like accept I wrote except.

I knew the scripture I just did not know how to write. Now I could use all the excuses but the problem was me. I have bad vision and have all my life. In fact I am going Monday for an MRI on my brain. (To see if there is anything there) LoL! No, they think there is to much liquid in a part of it that causes the twitching of my eyes and even the tingling in my feet…

Now these doctors have spent a whole lot of time studying, reading and learning about what they do and the Technology has advanced so much from the time I was born to now. The same with Pastors and the Bible.

Well it is time that we become more than pew warmers and learn what to say and how to say it to lead a lost soul to Jesus… So here is a way to get started and we all can find our on way once we have started and are comfortable telling someone about the Lord.

So what I am going to do, with my Fathers help is show and tell all how I do it. One can always start out by talking about where one came from and how they got saved. However I do feel it is important that we know and understand Scripture.

1st One needs to understand that we all were born into this sinful world and that we all are sinners Romans 6:23 (MEV) 23 For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

2nd We all need a savior Romans 5:8 (MEV) But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. And Jesus says in John 14:6 (MEV) Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

3rd Would (the person one is talking to) like to know and understand about our Father and His love for you? Proverbs 14:12 (MEV) There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way of death. We all need to understand that Romans 3:10 (MEV) As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one.

4th We need to understand that none of us are righteous we all need our Father Psalm 14:1-2 (MEV) 1 The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, they do abominable deeds, there is none who does good. 2 The Lord looks down from heaven on the children of men, to see if there are any who understand, who seek God.

5th How do we do this how can one be saved? Romans 10:13 (MEW)
For, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”

6th Now that one has done this, we pray with them and we can even write a little prayer and tape it in ones Bible. Then next with explain to them about baptism. A good place to start is Matthew 28:18-20 (MEV) 18 Then Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. 19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all things I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

I myself love to end with Galatians 2:20 (MEV) 20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Now this is a little more complicated that some of the other ways however I did this for a lot have heard the Romans Road to Heaven. And others so I decided I would change things up. Why because of a person that new the Romans Road better then most Christians and he could quote it while having a beer. However when I started with this he shut up and listened.

Yes, he prayed and was baptized is he serving the Lord now I do not know all I know is he accepted and yes he even went to church with me before I moved Arizona. Then I lost contact with him.

I pray that this will inspire some to prepare themselves to be a witness and understand about telling others… In the precious name of Jesus I do pray this—AMEN!
