Prayer For Tuesday January 1,2019

Prayer for 2019 wow we are still here. Because we still have a job to—win the lost at any cost. Not pushy just the facts. No one can be brow beaten into Heaven.

We are here to be a light not a bat nor a gun. A light we can not force anyone to get saved. Love works and that is it. Sometimes God will let someone get so far down that the only way they can look is up. I know a parent does not want to hear that about a child however it is true…

I was loved my dad never once said “I love you” to me however it was not because he didn’t he did not know how. He was raised by unknowing parents so he did not know how either. The one thing I do know was he did love me. Because he punished me if I did wrong. Our Father will let us get to a place where we will listen and sometimes it is a very deep hole.

The question is will we leave those loved ones in His hands. Then keep out of His way and let Him do what needs to be done? Salvation is one persons choice and some will never choose Him however it has to be an individuals choice—we can not make if for them and no they can not slip in on our coat tail or as the world would say on someone other than their on dime.

That sounds harsh, and I am not sure why I am lead to say that. However I think it is because we are tools for our Father and He guides us and leads us. Some work He does himself and when it comes to salvation it is each individuals choice Yes or No. There is no tomorrow nor is there a guarantee for another breath.

Lord, I know You are a loving Father. I know You gave the ultimate gift for us and still some chooses the enemy instead of You. I do not have the answer why nor do I have the answer for how. I just understand what we are to do, one simple word—LOVE.

Your Love is over whelming and it is true honest and so very sweet. No one can ever love as You do. I keep returning to this scripture Isaiah 64:8 (MEV) But now, O Lord, You are our Father; we are the clay, and You are our potter; and we all are the work of Your hand.

John 6:44 (MEV) No one can come to Me unless the Father who has sent Me draws him. And I will raise him up on the last day. Think about that statement. The only way is that our Father draws them and then they accept.

Let us start this new year Father following Your lead and doing as You tell us. Let us be a part of the bigger picture let us be the tools and You are the worker. Let us learn to be used by You. Let us learn and do and be.

Jeremiah 18:1-4 (MEV) 1 The word which came to Jeremiah from the Lord, saying: 2 “Arise and go down to the potter’s house, and there I will cause you to hear My words.” 3 Then I went down to the potter’s house, and there he was making something on the wheel. 4 Yet the vessel that he made of clay was spoiled in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as seemed good to the potter to make it.

Isaiah 29:16 (MEV) Surely you turn things upside down! Shall the potter be esteemed as the potter’s clay? Shall what is made say to its maker, “He did not make me”? Or shall the thing formed say to him who formed it, “He has no understanding”?
Isaiah 45:9 (MEV) Woe to him who strives with his Maker, the potsherd with the potsherds of the earth! Shall the clay say to the potter, “What are you making?” Or the thing you are making say, “He has no hands”?
Romans 9:20-21 (MEV) 20 Rather, O man, who are you to answer back to God? Shall the thing formed say to him who formed it, “Why have you made me like this?” 21 Does the potter not have power over the clay to make from the same lump one vessel for honor and another for dishonor?

Isaiah 45:1-3 (MEV) 1 Thus says the Lord to Cyrus, His anointed, whose right hand I have held—to subdue nations before him and to loosen the loins of kings, to open doors before him so that the gates will not be shut: 2 I will go before you and make the crooked places straight;  I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and shatter the bars of iron. 3 And I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places so that you may know that I, the Lord, who calls you by your name, am the God of Israel.

Are we the same vessel as Cyrus was are we anoited? We have to be willing to be molded and become what our Father desires… That is my prayer today. That we allow our Father to mold us into the vessel that He deisers us to be.

The precious and wonderful name of Jesus I do pray this–AMEN!
