The defeat one is an enemy and he is the one that whispers in your ear and tells you all those lies. Then comes the spirit of fear, then you start thinking on them and guess what he wins again…

Romans 8:15 (MEV) For you have not received the spirit of slavery again to fear. But you have received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba, Father.”

No matter what the enemy tries to throw at us be it a hurt (physical or mental) remember 1 John 4:18 (MEV) There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. Whoever fears is not perfect in love.
