2 Chronicles 7:14 (NKJV) if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.
The Bible is full of what has happened, what is happening, and what will happen. And most do not want to hear it the defeated one has blinded them with the greed of money, sex, and idolatry. He has slipped right into the places that we call Holy. We have so called Christian Leader saying all sorts of thing that are not biblical. The electronic era has taken over.
A friend of mine was talking about walking into a church building and not one person there had a Bible so the minister can say whatever and they will accept it as truth. There lies the problem for the scripture says in 1 John 4:1 (NKJV) Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. We need to read, study and know the scripture.
I read this scripture and is the reason for this article Philippians 2:12 (NKJV) Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; We are responsible for our own salvation. The Holy Spirit is here for us, to help us, to show us the right way to go. I talked about being saved for 34 years and God gave me Abounding Love Ministries Worldwide in 1985 and it was used then all at once it died. That was because of me and my doings. Then 32 years later here I am. It took me 32 years to get out of Gods way, and yes I do venture back from time to time, however, I have gotten better at hearing the Holy Spirit.
Acts 2:1-2 (NKJV) 1 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. This is the problem today they were all in ONE ACCORD. It was not about what church you go to or belong it was about Jesus Christ and what He did, it was about God and what He did. I was about waiting on the Holy Spirit. It seems like in some churches today The Holy Spirit only moves from 10:30 until 12 then there has to be the ending prayer. It seems like getting to the restaurant first.
I just want to be with people that are not about what you have it is about God and what He has for us. I just would like to get back to God and the shed blood of Jesus. God’s Not Dead by the Newsboys is playing and that is so very true… My desire is to see Christians at the alter with tear stained eyes seek God and hellfire and brimstone messages. I hope I have got the message out of what I am trying to say here—it’s all about the love of God and the love Jesus had on that day at Calvary when His blood was shed…
