Two Choices One Decision

I wrote this back in 2011 however I feel I should re-post it again
How far down the sewer does America have to slide before the American Christians wake up? We have a dictatorship administration in Washington DC and in a lot of State, City and County Governments, and if American Christians do not wake up America is done for. I am going to start with part of Romans chapter 1.
Romans 1: 21-32 (NIV) 21 They knew God. But they didn’t honor him as God. They didn’t thank him. Their thinking became worthless. Their foolish hearts became dark.
22 They claimed to be wise. But they made fools of themselves. 23 They would rather have statues of gods than the glorious God who lives forever. Their statues of gods are made to look like people, birds, animals and reptiles.
24 So God let them go. He allowed them to do what their sinful hearts wanted to. He let them commit sexual sins. They polluted one another’s bodies by what they did.
25 They chose a lie instead of God’s truth. They worshiped and served created things. They didn’t worship the Creator. But he must be praised forever. Amen.
26 So God let them go. They were filled with shameful longings. Their women committed sexual acts that were not natural. 27 In the same way, the men turned away from their natural love for women. They burned with sexual longing for each other. Men did shameful things with other men. They suffered in their bodies for all the twisted things they did.
28 They didn’t think it was important to know God. So God let them go. He allowed them to have dirty minds. They did things they shouldn’t do.
29 They are full of every kind of sin, evil and ungodliness. They want more than they need. They commit murder. They want what belongs to other people. They fight and cheat. They hate others. They say mean things about other people. 30 They tell lies about them. They hate God. They are rude and proud. They brag. They think of new ways to do evil. They don’t obey their parents. 31 They are foolish. They can’t be trusted. They are not loving and kind.
32 They know that God’s commands are right. They know that those who do evil things should die. But they continue to do those very things. They also approve of others who do them.
Tell me what does this look like as you read it. As I read this it was like the first time I saw it. I instantly flashed back to Revelation 3:15-17
Revelation 3:15-17 (NIV) 15 know what you are doing. I know you aren’t cold or hot. I wish you were either one or the other!
16 But you are lukewarm. You aren’t hot or cold. So I am going to spit you out of my mouth.
17 ‘You say, “I am rich. I’ve become wealthy and don’t need anything.” But you don’t realize how pitiful and miserable you have become. You are poor, blind and naked.
I believe enough of the play like Christians, enough of believing only the parts that feel good. It is time to take up your sword (THE BIBLE) get to know it use it and stand up for God. Enough of Coward Christians, it is time to stand up and take your place or walk away and follow the deceiver. It is time for Godly men, women and children to be what God has called us to be. It is time to pray and cover our families. Do not back down from ungodliness, it is time to stand against it.
This Great Country was built on Godly Standards yes GODLY STANDARDS. Not Mohamed, not Ali… God there is no in between either you are for Him and with Him or you are against Him, as it says in Joshua 24:15
Joshua 24:15 (NIV) “But suppose you don’t want to serve him. Then choose for yourselves right now whom you will serve. You can choose the gods your people served east of the Euphrates River. Or you can choose the gods the Amorites serve. After all, you are living in their land. But as for me and my family, we will serve the Lord.”
What I am saying here is this. We all have picked a side either you are for God or you are against God. There is no in between, no more straddling the fence. You are not standing on the side of the road, you are not at a crossroad there is not a choice of the high road or the low road. There is one road with two ends. One is Heaven there will be no sickness or diseases you will be with God, that is HEAVEN… The other end is destruction and torment it is called HELL… It is a choice that each one of us has to make. It really does not matter if you believe it or not it is real. Furthermore you can say you do not believe in Heaven or Hell that’s OK however that was my lie and that is all it is a lie.
Heaven or Hell your choice the question I have is are you really that big of a gambler? Are you really willing to gamble eternity and your life on a disbelief? What I am telling you right now is, it’s your choice, you can never say God sent you to hell, you choose to go.
This country was built on Godly standards and beliefs, and it is time we get back to those standards. The man sitting in the White House has a right to believe what he wishes to believe however it is your right as well. Give God a chance if you are not happy with Him the devil will gladly take you back no questions asked.
Does money and power mean that much to you? Are you happy with the way things are going RIGHT NOW? Do you like what is going on here in America. As a senior I am close to the end. How long I am not sure and really don’t care, all I am saying is that I have lived my life and there has been happy times and sad time. Good times and bad times. I have enjoyed parts and wished I could redo some of them. However the past is just that the past what we have is now and it is called the PRESENT because it is a Gift from God. Think about this as I finish… YOUR TALENT IS GODS GIFT TO YOU, WHAT YOU DO WITH IT IS YOUR GIFT TO GOD.
