Ask, Seek, Knock or Ask, Ask,Ask?

OK, I have tried to avoid this however my stomach keeps churning as I read. So now I am going to say some thing that I am sure some Quote Unquote Christians are not going to like.
First off God has given us all a free will and a mind He made us in his own likeness. He wishes we all love him however knowing that some will not, so we were provided a Savior. Which God allowed to go through all the pain and suffering for us and then allowed His Only Begotten Son to die on a rugged cross so that we could have Eternal Life in Heave. the alternative being Hell that is the two choices there is no in between. Life is full of choices and there are only two each time, now they can be called whatever: Heaven or Hell / Godly or ungodly / right or wrong / good or bad… Whatever you would like to call them however there will be 2 every time you have a choice to make why because He has given you a Free Choice.
Now we will get into some ground that some are not familiar with and a lot have their opinion and that is everyone’s right I am not saying I am the one that is totally unmistakably correct. However I am going to say how I feel about what I have studied. Now I will start this out with a verse of scripture.Mark 7:7-8 (NIRV) 7 Their worship doesn’t mean anything to me.
They teach nothing but human rules.’ (Isaiah 29:13) 8 You have let go of God’s commands. And you are holding on to the teachings that men have made up.”
I have listened to people pray, and I do not mean to be hateful or mean, stupid prayers for years. What it seems to me is that somewhere along the line they seem to have forgotten that there are 3 parts to these verses. 1. ask 2. seek 3. knock. Example: Lord please I pray help me get a job. AMEN then almost in the same breath, where’s the remote. It seems that a lot of people have Gods part of the prayer down pat. I am talking about the ask and ask and ask part. Then turn around and blame God because you are not working, well I asked God for a job and he did not come through. No, Sorry YOU did not follow through. there are three parts one part is Gods the other 2 is yours. Seek and knock, OK you have asked for Gods help now you have to get up go out and seek, look go to where there are businesses and seek a job. Next knock asking, going out and walking up and down the street is not going to work either, you have to go inside and ask do you need any help can I fill out an application. Walking up and down the street is no different from laying on the couch waiting for someone to knock on your door, “Hi there I am looking for a good employ would you be interested in the job, the only difference is you might get more exerciser than laying on the couch.However for it to work remember 3 parts Ask, Seek, Knock and to do it right all three have to be used. So now I ask is it Ask, Seek, Knock or Ask, Ask,Ask?
Now I feel there is a part that a lot of Christians miss or just do not get or understand, and that is this. God again gave us a brain and he gave us a freedom to choose. So God will not do things that you can do or just will not. Example Lord I need a job then go back to watching TV will I asked God to help me there is one out there and I am sure He will come through. Will I am sure he will and has too however, you need to now do your part that is seek and knock. Guess what you will find it, he will touch someone to help you because you are doing your part as well. 3 parts makes it a whole. So now I ask is it Ask, Seek, Knock or Ask, Ask,Ask?
Now this leads up to this part that are going to upset some of you. Asking God to do something that you can do is totally useless God will do the impossible if you can not do it if you are at wit’s end have nowhere to turn nothing else you can do. I will assure you God heard and he will answer however what happens may not be what you expected or wanted however the answer will be there and is there. Seeking Gods will means to let go of yours completely and let God work. To except what he has planned for your life. I am disappointed I wanted that job that makes 45,000 a year and all I got was the one that pays 21,500 a year God let me down. NO! you just let God down he gave you what you needed however you had not let go of your hopes and wishes and are not happy with what He gave you. The scripture says Rejoice in the Lord not whine and complain. Why you will say, well you take the job for 21,500 give God the credit for answering your prayers and a 1 year, 5 years maybe even 10 years you have a job with the company making 65,000 a year (maybe not) God has and will always meet your needs not your wishes not your desires your needs. However Rejoice in the Lord anyway. Are you trusting him or are you not. back to 2 choices now you decide what you will do with what was just said.
