My Favorite Verses, My Favorite Saying and Why

My favorite verses and my favorite saying… Wow, I never really thought about it: My favorite saying is easy “In God, We Will Trust”. My Favorite verses now will take some thinking for I love the Bible from Genesis 1:1 (MEV) In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. To Revelation 22:21 (MEV) The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

I guess that my favorite verses are, and this is going to be hard: Verses that keep me straight is probably my favorite verses…
Romans 3:9-11 (MEV) 9 What then? Are we better than they? No, not at all. For we have already charged that both Jews and Gentiles are all under sin. 10 As it is written:
“There is none righteous, no, not one; 11 there is no one who understands; there is no one who seeks after God.
Romans 6:23 (MEV) For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
1 John 1:8 (MEV) If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.
Ephesians 2:8-10 (MEV) 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not of yourselves. It is the gift of God, 9 not of works, so that no one should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, so that we should walk in them.
Isaiah 53:5 (MEV) But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and by his stripes we are healed.
Galatians 2:20-21 (MEV) 20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God,[a] who loved me and gave Himself for me. 21 I do not nullify the grace of God. For if righteousness comes by the law, then Christ died in vain.

Well I can not say this are all of my favorite verses, however, they were the ones that came to me first God Bless
