Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled
Jesus says to the Disciples let not your heart be troubled for he knew the Disciples were going to me worried and wonder what was going on when the Teacher goes away so he says to them in John 14:27 (NKJV) Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

So now it is 2000 years later and His Words still hold true. We have nothing to fear nor be afraid of because as we go back and read John 14:26 (NKJV) But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you. God was asked to send us a comforter and His name is the Holy Spirit and he is here to teach us and help us remember all things that Jesus has taught us. How by reading or listening to the scripture He is always there guiding us and leading us.
Have you ever got, up got bathed, cleaned up and walked out the door and have flat or the car would not start. Then comes the anger we have an important appointment and now I am going to be late. Father why, why now I prayed last night and asked for your protection, now this. Gee thanks…
Has anyone ever though that maybe just maybe the flat or dead battery is God helping. Maybe it is to keep you out of a wreck and keeping you alive. Remember God does not live in our time nor is He us and can only see now. He can see the past, the present. And the future. He did not let you leave for a reason. Maybe the prayer should be thank You Father for protecting me I can not see the future however I thank You for taking care of me. Let not your heart be troubled, I know sometimes that can be hard, been there done that, I bought the t-shirt and wore it out. So know the feeling I got chewed out for not trusting also.
So let us remember the Holy Spirit is here to teach us all things, and bring to our remembrance all things. He is our helper and let us remember also Jesus leaves us peace we should not let our hears be troubled for Jesus is in control and he will protect us and watch over us so let not your heart be troubled…

again this is right up my alley!!~ i been saying i fear not i let not my heart be troubled!!~
i know one day i was fixing to run up to the store wasn’t far at all less then a mile, and as i stepped outside i just got a checked my spirit seemed to say no stay here. so i went back in the house. and i dont remember if he said anything, but ii stayed here for awhile then i went and got in the car and went too the store. and to talk about the anger i had a bad one growing up in a house full of anger and abuse to my mother i had some anger issues but i didn’t spank Melissa i yelled at her which is what my mama did, my daddy was the one to get your butt if you just looked at him the wrong way. so i took on that yelling from mama. it was so easy to get mad. one day i said Lord what is this stuff yelling at my daughter i dont want to do it and i cant stop it. he showed me a mental picture of my mamas face! and i said no i dont want to do that!!~ he said it is a learned behavior ok he took me to the scripture the one about the fruit of the spirit and i was reading them and this one came across angry outbursts and i said oh no i dont do that one, and he said call it what it is! i was took back but he was right i could get mad so fast it would rush up me like fire boom!! ~i said i dont want this!!~ so he took me too some scriptures in Proverbs on anger i read them over and over and with his help i got free. i got peace!!!~but its been over a year now since i started saying i fear not and i let not my heart be troubled. if i lived in fear i would have a troubled heart and then i would have all kinds of problems!! ~ well my mind is made up! no fear and no troubled heart, and i dont have to be i have a choice praise God!!~ i love my new life he gave me!!~ and i love him for giving it to me!! ~ to just sit here and think of all he has done for me i am blown away!!!~~this was god Jym!! ~i loved it!!~
