Morning Prayer For Sunday May 19, 2019

Morning Prayer, our time with our Father. A time we have chosen to be with and communicate with Our Father. It is that time that we share our hearts with Him and He listens. Then comes a part. I wonder about, do we stop and listen for that small still voice?

Morning Topic

I was not good at praying, I mean really praying, sharing my heart. I was good at asking for help or sharing my needs. However, I think it was more wants than needs. Then I got to thinking about it, in fact much time was spent and I figured out that most was wants not needs.

Yes I had dreams of fame and fortune. When I started playing music I dreamed of times of riches and fame. That is what it was, a dream. Now going on 5 years I have learned, and am learning, what is important is simple I desire to grow closer to my Father and his desires.

I desire to be and do what my Father desires for me. If I have to loose everything to be closer to Him if I have do that is what I desire. I do not have much, that is things, my bank account is way short of my desires. I have a few things that I value. My Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit are at the top, I feel.

Then comes Debbie, I have a few friends, and a very few close friends. We have a car that sometimes I wonder about, did my Father really mean for us to have it? We live in a small and simple home and have a few things to wear. Food on the table, maybe not what some would consider food, but we are not going hungry.

Yes we get help and sometimes I feel that some of it is a burden to some. I just desire to be what our Father desires of me. I just want to be ALL He wants of me. I spent most of my life as a night person chasing dreams. In a few months, September 17, will be 5 years I have been writing prayer. Getting up at 5 or 6 in the morning, determined by what day it is.

Our Father has walked me through this step by step. Showing and teaching me as we go. I am blessed with this Ministry and pray to be a blessing. I used to say I do not deserve it, but I am the child of the most high King and am doing what I have been called to do…

Ephesians 2:10 (NKJV) For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
