MORNING PRAYER for Wednesday September 16, 2020
Good Morning Father I am sitting here quietly waiting to hear from You. Your words are what is needed in this world today I cannot do this without You. You are above all and over all we need to hear from You Father.
Psalm 108:5-6 (NKJV) 5 Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, and Your glory above all the earth; 6 That Your beloved may be delivered, save with Your right hand, and hear me.
You have delivered me time after time Father. You have showed me the way as I wonder through this world. I am sure I am still here for a reason, and I am also sure that You desire me to be in line with Your word. Make my way clear Lord that I might do the job You have for me this day.
Are We Walking In The Will Of Our Father

Lord we go about doing our daily duties and my question today is are we doing as You would have us do. Do we ask You what we are to do or are we just heading out hoping You will take care of us? More than anything I wish to be in Your will 24/7. I wish to teach others to be all that You desire us to be. Then we can receive all You have to offer us.
Proverbs 16:3 (NKJV) Commit your works to the Lord, and your thoughts will be established. Are we actually committing our works to You are we stopping and listening for You. I desire to teach others to be all that You desire us to be in all that we do.
I do believe that prayer is the answer and I do believe that prayer is a two way path. We pray and then we wait to hear from You. Now I also know that there are times we can not stop and listen but I do believe that we need to have our quiet place. A place we can be alone with You and hear from You.
Lord I sometimes feel so tired that I can not go on. I feel empty nothing to say or do. Then You show me the way. I can not explain it to someone and I guess that is what I am asking. Most of the time I come out to the Chapel and just start writing for You have given me what I need to do. Then there are times I have no idea to write.
Those are the times I feel there is a road block. I read and read and get nothing. Then I start wondering if I did something wrong or is just that I need to read and study more on those days? OK I have said it now and I know that You will never leave me I just wonder sometimes if I am in Your will or not.
There are times like now that everything is tight and we are counting every penny. We are working to make ends meet. Then there are times when everything is going good and that is where I wish we could stay. I know we are in Your will and yes sometimes I do wonder off the path, but Father I never doubt You.
Well I have shared my heart with You and everyone and I hope and pray that this is what You desire for me to pray and write today. I pray that I am following Your direction and that I am in Your will. I now pray this all in the Powerful and Wonderful name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior—AMEN!
