Praying Is What We Do

The subject that I started to write about after some deep studying I am not going to venture into. The reason being these groups are here to pray for others and as people pray in there on home I am not going to cause a deep debate over a subject and cause an argument. What I will say is we are here to be United which I have addressed already. So I think today I am going to write on the subject of prayer.

Philippians 4:6 (NKJV) Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; With this thought I am so glad to be the Shepherd of these groups. I am so proud of all the people who pray here, seen and unseen prayers. I will admit that the beginning my desire has been 24/7 prayer and praying is what we do.  If we grow into a 24/7 prayer group I will support it as God has instructed me to do here.  So if anyone wishes to help by talking people from other countries to get them here to pray that is OK with me.  However I would ask let us try to get English-speaking Christians involved…

In the time I have been here doing this, 10 months yesterday, I have been blessed with Admin that do a fantastic job helping me take care of these groups. So I know that the calling I have is to Shepherd our “Prayer Warriors”. So with that in mind let us look at some scriptures starting with 1 Thessalonians 5:17-18 (NIRV) 17 Never stop praying. 18 Give thanks no matter what happens. God wants you to thank him because you believe in Christ Jesus.  We see here that we are to pray without ceasing, now we know that is humanly impossible sort of… We need to understand that we do not have to be on our knees and praying in the King James language. We can pray driving down the street our dealing with a bank manager. Children can walk down the hall in school looking at the people and pray, even over a test [that they need the answer recalled] prayer is not an escape of studying. Something that we all need to do is study the scriptures 2 Timothy 2:15 (NKJV) Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. I am hoping that we can keep growing and doing what we are supposed to do. We have been blessed with answers to prayers miracles. We are blessed with people who are willing to pray. There are at least around 75 verses on prayer and I am willing to give them to anyone that asks. I just pray that we all grow as we pray and thank you all for being a part of ALMs and TPO.

May God be with you and watch over you. And America it is time for us to BLESS GOD again…
