Really Believe God’s Grace is Sufficient, Or Hoping?

Do We Really believe or is it hope? It is time to take off the kids mittens and get serious Matthew 7:13-14 (MEV) 13 “Enter at the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who are going through it, 14 because small is the gate and narrow is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

Devotional Verse

2 Corinthians 12:9 (MEV) But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

Leading Us To Enter The Narrow Gate

Believing it is time to let go and let God. I know and am sure this sounds harsh however I am speaking to me as much, if not more, that to others. 2 Corinthians 12:9 is very important. However I believe Paul brings it home in verse 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

Taking Pleasure In Weaknesses?

Saying he takes pleasure in weaknesses, in reproaches, in hardships in persecutions, and in distresses. Why would he say such a thing as this? Because in his weaknesses through Christ he is made strong. The King James says I am made strong.

Believing what Paul is saying when we are weak and turn it over to Christ we will be made strong. Not because we are weak, but, because we are learning to trust in our Father and what Jesus did for us then I am directed again to Galatians 2:20.

Galatians 2:20 (NKJV) I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me. Which backs up what I just said. We are made strong when we turn it over to our Father and trust in what Jesus has done for us…

I pray that we can grow in our trust for our Lord and our Savior, so in the wonderful name of Jesus Christ I do pray this all–AMEN
