The Law or Faith The Choice Is Yours

The Law or Faith as for me I have been saved by Grace through Faith and I live by Galatians 2:20 (MEV) I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

Galatians 3:10-14 (MEV) 10 For all who rely on the works of the law are under the curse. For it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the Book of the Law, to do them.”[a] 11 Now it is evident that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, for “The just shall live by faith.”[b] 12 But the law is not of faith, for “The man who does them shall live by them.”[c] 13 Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law by being made a curse for us—as it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”[d]— 14 so that the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

[a] Deuteronomy 27:26 (MEV) “Cursed is he who does not confirm all the words of this law by doing them.” And all the people shall say, “Amen.”

[b] Habakkuk 2:4 (MEV) Look, his soul is lifted up; it is not upright in him; but the just shall live by his faith.

[c] Leviticus 18:5 (MEV) You shall therefore keep My statutes and My judgments, which if a man does them, then he shall live by them: I am the Lord.

[d] Deuteronomy 21:22-23 (MEV) 22 If a man has committed a sin worthy of death and is executed, and you hang him on a tree, 23 then his body must not remain all night on the tree, but you must bury him that day (for he that is hanged is accursed of God) so that your land may not be defiled, which the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance.

I have stated this over and over, however, I see it day after day people say they can not live by the 10 Commandments and there is no use in trying to be a Christian for it can not be done. Well I agree with part of that statement “no one can keep the 10 commandment. That is why Jesus was nailed to a cross, so that we are covered by grace through faith. In fact Paul says in Galatians 2:21 (MEV) I do not nullify the grace of God. For if righteousness comes by the law, then Christ died in vain.

Some fight in a battle that can not be won instead of trusting in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. I challenge you to read and study these scriptures and then make up your own mind. Grace or the Law the choice is yours. The motto of this Ministry is a simple one and it is something we all need to practice… “Loving God… Loving People.” If we can do that then the war is a whole bunch easier.
