Romans 14:4  

In this chapter we find that we are told to accept the ones that are weak or we might even say new in the faith nor are we suppose to judge the ones that do not believe the same as we do.  It is not our place to judge others for we most likely have or will do the same thing.   We have no right to say that Church and the Pastor is wrong.  Now this is talking about God-fearing Churches not cults or ones that preach for other Gods or not from the Bible even.

We do need to pray that God opens the eyes of the followers and clear their minds I do believe.  I do not go looking for them however if they come to me they will hear about God and what Jesus did and is doing for me.  We have to study the word and be prepared when the opportunity arises.

Let us look at it this way, you get a new job it is the same thing you have done before just a different company or it is totally new.  One would ask questions or be trained for that new job.  We that is what we at ALMs wishes to do as well.  We want to prepare you for the task at hand.

We need to study Gods word in fact I would challenge one to start memorizing scripture, read the Bible thought each year.  Second study and know what you are talking about. Then pray and ask for wisdom before tackling anything that one is doing for the Lord.  Remember that you have the greatest teacher there is on your side.

Amplified Bible says it this way.  Study and be eager and do your utmost to present yourself to God approved (tested by trial), a workman who has no cause to be ashamed, correctly analyzing and accurately dividing [rightly handling and skillfully teaching] the Word of Truth.
